About
Hi, my name is Tucker Kimbrough. I am a Marine Corps veteran, real estate investor, and entrepreneur based in San Diego.
After serving six years as an officer, including deployments and high-visibility leadership roles, I transitioned from the military to launch Summit Direct Capital, a private real estate fund focused on multifamily and self-storage assets.
From there, I began branching into additional ventures, including Botero Coffee Company, a vertically integrated farm-to-cup coffee business sourcing directly from Colombian producers. I also founded Western Red Cedar, a Montana-based development company, and serve as the host of Odyssey Group, a private networking series for founders, fund managers, and high-performing operators who value real connection and deal-making.
I offer 1-on-1 strategy and advisory for select clients across real estate, capital raising, and brand-building. I hold an engineering degree from Auburn University and am currently earning my Master of Business for Veterans from the University of Southern California.
